                  1tbs ------------------------ lemon juice

                  1 (or) 2 -------------------- green chilli, seeded

                 1tbs  (or) to taste ---------  salt

  • In a electronic mixer add all the ingredients fresh coriander, mint leaves, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, green chilli and salt and mix it till it gets paste.

  • Take skinless bone less chicken in a bowl then add or rub the chicken pieces one by one in a paste or batter which done above... Leave it for some time or 1hr till the batter mix with chicken..

  • The use grill to cook the hariyali chicken..Preheat it and lightly grease a baking dish and grill the tikka for 15 to 20 mins or till its gets brown color...(OR) u can also cook in a pan..

  • Take a large pan after lightening place the chicken pieces in a pan over medium heat till outside of tikka changes to golden brown, stirring often to prevent it from sticking to the pan. Then the hariyali chicken tikka is ready to serve... Enjoy eating..:)

                  200gms ----------------- plain flour (Maida)

                 200gms ----------------- sugar powder

                 4tbs ----------------------- cocoa powder

                 1tbs ----------------------- baking soda


                 5tbs ----------------------- vegetable oil

                1tbs ----------------------- vanilla extract

                1tbs ------------------------  white vinegar

                250ml ---------------------- water

                1/2tbs -------------------------- salt


 PROCEDURE

  • preheat the oven to 180 c.. Lightly grease a cake tin..

  • Take a small bowl and mix all the ingredients the flour, sugar, coco powder, baking soda, some salt, oil, vanilla, and some water....stir it until it mixture turns to smooth..

  • And then pour the above mixture (batter) into prepared cake tin and bake it for 40-45 minutes at 180 c .

INGREDIENTS

                 1/2cup ---- Vegetable oil or to taste

                 ½kg ------ prawns, shelled, and cleaned

                 ½cup ----- rice flour

                ½tbs-------- turmeric (haldi) powder

               1tbs ---------------- cumin (jeera) seeds and cumin powder

                2 ------------------ green chillies, slit in halves

                2 ------------------ large onions, sliced thin

              1tbs ---------------- ginger garlic paste

               to taste ------------  salt

               ½tbs ---------------  red chilli powder

              ½tbs ----------------- garam masala

              3cups ---------------- tomatoes, rough chopped and pureed

              ¼cup ----------------- coriander leaves chopped

  •   In a large bowl add shelled, deveined, and cleaned prawns. Add rice flour, salt and turmeric powder slowly mix all the ingredients mixed with prawns. The flour mixture will almost stick like a batter to the prawns.

  •   Next heat 3tbs vegetable oil in a large frying pan. Fry those batter prawns  for just a few minutes. You just half-cook the prawns take out from pan and keep in a plate..

  •   In the same pan add 3-4tbs of oil. After oil gets heat add the cumin seeds. When cumin seeds splutter, add the green chillies, onions, and ginger garlic paste. Fry till the onions are browned. Add some salt to taste, cumin powder, and chilli powder. Now add the pureed tomatoes or (tomato mixture) and cook till gravy becomes thick and till oil is released, about 10–15 min. 

  •   Now its time to add the prawns to the gravy, and cook just a few minutes till the prawns are cooked through. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve pawn and tomato curry.
